Base Model

With a USB 3.1 Type-C interface, the 2TB Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini 2TB 2-Bay RAID Array from OWC / Other World Computing can transfer large files quickly and efficiently. In addition to enhanced data transfer rates, this external hard drive supports both RAID 0 and RAID 1 configuration modes allowing you to configure the two internal drives for speed or redundancy. OWC has preconfigured the two 1TB hard drives in a RAID 0 array. Both drives reside inside a rugged aluminum chassis with a fanless design to keep them cool and protected even when on the go.

RAID for Redundancy, RAID for Performance: The Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini allows you to choose the configuration that suits your needs with user selectable modes RAID 0 and RAID 1. In RAID 0, the drives have an increased data transfer speed, or you can select RAID 1 for greater data redundancy from mirrored disks.
